Join us for a cosy 90 minute experience to reset, relax and gently reconnect with yourself as we move into this new season.

This Sound healing session will be special as the theme will be the Spring equinox and there will be a special guest: The Coracle Chronicles, visit the instagram page to discover more.

During this session you will experience:

• A gentle arrival to help you switch off from the outside world
• Deeply restorative Yoga Nidra (also called yogic sleep, a guided meditation while lying down)
• Immersive Sound healing with Tibetan bowls, Chau and White gong
• A personal tarot reading with The Coracle Chronicles for insight and reflection

You will rest in a cocoon like setup, fully supported, while sound helps calm your nervous system and release tension. From that relaxed space, tarot becomes a tool for clarity, offering insights for the season ahead, especially around new projects, ideas and fresh beginnings.
